I have worked in IT for 17+ years, its always been cost $$ for a user or client. What do we charge to help you.

But... here is an idea... we.. don't charge or ask for any money or commiment to help. You need tech help or support, you run a small business and you want to know what POS options are around, or what ever... I'll help

I am not sure... its just an idea right now. Lets see where it goes in the future.
